For a local dance game competition, I was commissioned to take this existing banner:

And turn it into an promotional image suitable for printing on a marquee, as well as legal-sized posters as souvenirs for the participants. Also required was the addition of a guest logo.

To do this, I extended the motifs on the side of the original image to long strings, then warped the entire image into a ribbon-like object. I then masked the back half of the object to create the appearance of a ribbon folding over itself. This was the final image submitted for printing.
